  • Contact and business details are collected as supplied by you on your application for membership.

Contact and business details are collected when supplied by you direct to us as part of your membership application or membership renewal.

3. WHY WE COLLECT IT AND HOW WE USE IT

We collect your personal and business contact details:

  • To respond to requests or queries you raise.

  • To keep an up to date database as a record of our organisation’s membership (we are required to keep a database of members as an Incorporated Association).

  • To send you an invitation to renew membership on an annual basis.

  • To keep you up to date with news, special offers, and other resources and information you have opted-in to receive as a member (via our CQBRG Quarterly digital Newsletter).

4. HOW WE DISCLOSE IT

We do not disclose your personal and business information to third parties, unless under the following circumstances:

  • As required or authorised by any applicable law.

  • If we have reason to believe that you have been engaged in any unlawful activity and we reasonably believe that disclosure is necessary to the relevant enquiring parties (including to the Police or any other enforcement body).

We will take all reasonable steps to ensure that the information we hold is not lost, misused, or inadvertently provided to unauthorised third parties.
